About The Position

Ford Office Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. As a Sales Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring the office runs efficiently. This role involves managing daily office operations, preparing sales documentation, maintaining records, and contributing to sales strategies through data analysis and market research. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Associate degree.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the office, preparing the workspace for daily operations.
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and greeting clients professionally.
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Filing documents and updating customer databases.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensuring the office remains clean, organized, and secure.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer and market information.
  • Researching competitors and industry trends to support sales strategies.
  • Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and data analysis.
