About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales operations team in Wilmington, MA. This role is responsible for managing customer communications, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and providing administrative support to the sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • 3–5 years of sales administration or sales support experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global team.

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience within a high-tech machinery or manufacturing environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage the company’s main telephone line, directing calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Respond to a high volume of customer email inquiries regarding quotations, order status updates, spare parts, and equipment information.
  • Prepare and submit spare parts quotations using SAP S/4HANA.
  • Assist sales representatives with the preparation and administration of equipment quotations as needed.
  • Maintain and update the Equipment Quote Log and Open Order Report using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage and coordinate sales-related correspondence with customers and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the Inside Sales Manager and other sales team members as required.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review open issues, track progress, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
