About The Position

This role provides administrative support to Corporate and Branch Sales teams, managing calendars, communications, and sales platforms. The assistant will prepare for and support sales meetings, create sales reports, and serve as an administrator for various sales platforms. The position also involves coordinating sales trainings, vendor initiatives, and assisting with onboarding new team members and RFP efforts. Additionally, the role requires providing backup support for the front desk and assisting with special projects and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in executive administrative support, sales operations, or a related role
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience working with CRM, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven discretion handling confidential information
  • Ability to adapt and remain composed in a high‑energy, deadline‑driven environment

  • B.S in business administration or related field or 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications for Corporate and Branch Sales teams
  • Draft and send sales communications on behalf of Corporate Sales Leadership
  • Prioritize and manage CRO's email inboxes and respond when appropriate
  • Prepare and support sales meetings, including agendas, materials, and logistics
  • Support weekly and monthly ETE and ITE sales meetings
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Create sales reports, analytics, quota sheets, and territory updates using CRM
  • Compile weekly sales activity and enterprise reports
  • Serve as administrator for sales platforms and programs (CRM, Maps, BLI, Buyerzone, ZoomInfo)
  • Coordinate sales trainings, vendor initiatives, incentives, SPIFs, and sales events
  • Assist with onboarding new sales team members and supporting RFP efforts
  • Act as primary resource for Ricoh production quotes
  • Provide backup support for the front desk as needed
  • Assist with special projects, marketing materials, and proofreading as assigned
