About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing Sales team. This role will play a key part in supporting our Sales team with executing operational tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination between our internal sales team and our client counterparts. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, admin, or customer service
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (ie Business, etc)
  • Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience an asset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice To Haves

  • experience in the food/beverage or CPG industry
  • familiarity with supply chain processes

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage purchase orders (Canada & international)
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely production and shipping
  • Maintain PO, shipment, and product submission trackers
  • Manage order desk emails and process incoming orders using CRM
  • Provide admin support to the Sales team and assist with product launches
  • Prepare internal documents, pricing forms, and item setups
  • Liaise across departments to meet retailer requirements and timelines
  • Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and manage confidential records
  • Support day-to-day sales operations and follow up on sales leads
  • Other fun and exciting special projects as assigned
  • Must be willing and able to work in office 5 days per week
