About The Position

Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Café Tango! We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Sales Administrative Assistant to help take our sales operations to the next level.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Prior knowledge of HubSpot, Excel, Genysis, and SAP
  • Self-driven, accountable, with exceptional follow-through.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by learning new things.
  • Natural communicator, comfortable communicating in writing, over the phone, and in person.
  • Calm under pressure and able to deescalate situations.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative work style.
  • Relationship builder, both internally and externally.
  • Passion for detail and ability to handle task-based work with accuracy.
  • Data driven and motivated by metrics.
  • Skilled in time management and knows when to ask for help.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming questions and manage leads through our sales inbox.
  • Answer inbound inquiries via sales phone line.
  • Process SAP orders.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Sales to coordinate signage requests.
  • Follow up on unsigned and unfinished E-contracts to get them ready for review.
  • Coordinate machine removals and reconcile mis-orders.
  • Assist with deal creation in the sales pipeline, utilizing HubSpot as our CRM.
  • Assist with contract submissions using Excel.
  • Assist with customer orders through our online order portal.
  • Assist with outbound phone calls for store audits and surveys.
  • Individually call store managers to help prep chains for project rollouts.
  • Assist with material and pallet prep during peak tradeshow season.
  • Complete specialty projects and assignments to assist our sales teams (phone audits, divestment follow ups, sequencing lead lists, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.
