What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Office, including professional correspondence, typing, and call management. Serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. Manage incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring timely processing and accurate recordkeeping Maintain organized filing systems and hotel records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare, format, and distribute departmental reports and communication. Assist in the creation and design of statistical reports and presentations. Monitor office supplies and equipment; proactively coordinate orders and repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Accurately compile and report information to support business decisions. Uphold all Stepstone and hotel policies and procedures with integrity and attention to detail. Attend required meetings and contribute positively to the team environment. Support additional office projects and tasks as needed.
