The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to all the dealership management team such as generating reports, managing inventory and facilitating processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Processing all dealer trade paperwork. CVP reports. Inventory report and management. Prime Edge Lease report management. Stocking in all new vehicles. Facilitate all vehicle transports. Process all auction purchases. Sales board updates. Assist with interviews and new employee set up. Assisting in all areas of the dealership when needed. Requires being at work on time and maintains satisfactory attendance. Any other duties assigned by management.
