About The Position

The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to all of the dealership management team, such as generating reports, managing inventory, and facilitating processes.

  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Processing all dealer trade paperwork.
  • CVP reports.
  • Inventory report and management.
  • Prime Edge Lease report management.
  • Stocking in all new vehicles.
  • Facilitate all vehicle transports.
  • Process all auction purchases.
  • Sales board updates.
  • Assist with interviews and new employee set up.
  • Assisting in all areas of the dealership when needed.
  • Requires being at work on time and maintains satisfactory attendance.
  • Any other duties assigned by management.
