About The Position

Eaton's North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join its team. This hybrid position is located in Moontownship, PA. This exciting opportunity provides exposure to sales operations through reporting, analytics, and coordination activities while supporting a District Sales team. The expected annual salary range for this role is $47,000 - $69,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Prepare and create performance reports for ongoing evaluation and discussion with the district sales team. Coordinate group meetings, including logistics, location, event and meeting planning activities. Coordinate logistics and schedules for customer and leadership visits. Coordinate Teams meetings including training, management calls and customer conferences. Coordinate trade show related activities including logistics, booth support (product display arrangements) planning, lead management, etc. Create/process check requests through SAP. Maintain mailing and email distribution lists. Maintain department report archives including representative and distributor agreement files and associated information. Manage expense reports in Concur. Monitor and track sales office spending budgets Interact with other business units as required to support sales activities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant work experience

  • No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presence are required.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required to include experience with programs such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work ahead without being instructed.
  • Demonstrated dependability and unquestioned integrity and trust, capable of handling confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle increased workloads as required and flexibility to adapt to special circumstances and needs.
