Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant with experience delivery exceptional service to join our dyna mic Sales & Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. You will be responsible for assisting the Sales Mana gers with administrative duties. The Sales Administrative Assistant follows up on leads, coordinates the planning of amenity arrangements, confirms reservations and upgrades. We are looking for someone who is organized, has the ability to multi- task and has strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher
• Work authorizatio n in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Opera and Delphi preferred
• One to two years’ experience worki ng in Sales or Hospitality preferred
