About The Position

The Sales Administration Team Lead supports the Sales Administration Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Sales Administration team. This role is responsible for assisting team members with order-related challenges, providing guidance and feedback, identifying training needs, and addressing knowledge gaps to improve team performance. The Team Lead helps ensure the Sales organization receives timely, accurate, and high-quality support while promoting operational efficiency and continuous development within the team.

Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration or a related field or 5 years Business Administration Experience
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in Sales Administration

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an additional point of contact for questions related to order processing, from order creation through final booking.
  • Monitor team performance and identify training opportunities; communicate knowledge gaps and development needs to the Sales Administration Manager.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental processes.
  • Coordinate team coverage to ensure regional support is maintained during team member absences and out-of-office periods.
  • Provide month-end support to help ensure critical deadlines are met, including board credit processing and order bookings.
