About The Position

The Manager, Sales Administration is responsible for executing strategies and the day-to-day activities that support and enable NSA’s Sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively, driving accelerated revenue growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously drive the Sales Quote Request (SQR) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution while leading ongoing improvements that modernize and streamline the workflow.
  • Ensure the coordination and execution of a comprehensive Sales onboarding process.
  • Ensure efficient, accurate execution of pricing, contract, and rebate administration.
  • Oversee governance of MAP program.
  • Regularly update and communicate changes to customer-facing policies.
  • Evaluate, price, and release all customer sample requests.
  • Create, manage and communicate performance vs. KPI to Sales Leadership and Sales as required.
  • Manage and continuously optimize all Sales reporting.
  • Ensure all qualified leads are correctly assigned to the Field Sales team.
  • Administer all survey programs in coordination with Customer Experience and Sales.
  • Coordinate customer visits to our manufacturing facilities.
  • Own and continuously improve the NSA Sales Hub, serving as the single source of truth for all sales resources, training materials, and programs across the sales organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern sales playbooks across all sales teams, ensuring content remains current, actionable, and consistently utilized in the field.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales team and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience, facilitating collaboration that removes barriers and improves how NSA sells.
  • Coordinate and support customer and site visits, ensuring sales teammates have the tools, logistics, and preparation needed to represent NSA effectively.
