This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. This position will be responsible for supporting the cycle count and reconciliation administration activities. They will lead the reconciliation process, manage reporting, address challenges, and reinforce compliance standards related to physical inventory counts. Also, this position must collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. It will engage in cross-functional meetings to align inventory administration with broader commercial and operational strategies. Lastly, it will prepare executive-level summaries of reconciliation outcomes, highlighting risks, and recommending corrective actions. This role will support both a team of Sales Operations professionals responsible for Core Spine, ET, and Tissue cycle count administration and reconciliation processes. This role ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement across inventory and sales support functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality execution of cycle count administration and reconciliation activities.
  • Support Core Spine, ET, and Tissue inventory cycle count processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain standardized reconciliation procedures to support financial integrity and audit readiness.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to resolve discrepancies, improve reporting accuracy, and support business decision-making.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
