About The Position

Four-Star Freightliner is the Southeast region’s leading heavy and medium-duty truck dealer that offers a comprehensive line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are looking for a dependable, professional & detail-oriented person with experience in Sales Administrative to add to the team in our Montgomery dealership. Come and work for a WINNING team!! The Sales Administrator provides support to Sales team in our GUR (Government, Utility & Refuse) department by performing a number of administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in administrative support role and or Sales Support role for at least 2 years.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Proceed is a plus
  • Customer Service experience plus

Responsibilities

  • Weekly Delivery Reports
  • Invoicing
  • Enter, file, and maintain MSO’s
  • Warranty Registrations
  • Issuing PO’s for GUR truck items
  • Closing Deals (Final Docs)
  • Distribute Daily and interdepartmental Mails
  • Consistent Communication with GUR customers
  • Maintain front Sales office supplies as needed
  • Any additional administrative duty as required
