Alloy Fasteners creates products to help hold the world together! Our Maryville, TN distribution center is looking for a Sales Admin. As a Sales Admin you will be assisting the sales staff with customer communications, order entry, maintaining product pricing, and assisting with inventory management. You will be part of a growing Team! We have high customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries with a friendly professional demeanor, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements

2+ years of customer support experience
Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer
Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience
Strong attention to detail
Positive and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus!

Responsibilities
