Requirements

• 1 year+ sales related work experience in IT distributor or resellers preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proactive, team work, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Assist MSI US sales team in all aspects of sales activities
• Respond to all inquiries and requests from internal sales team and customers in a timely and professional manner
• Expedite all sales related paperwork as well as arrangements in shipment
• Generate and prepares weekly customer inventory/sell-out reports
• Process customer purchase orders and credit claims
• Perform other job duties as manager assigns
