The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts. This role involves driving collaborative relationships, ensuring in-store presence aligns with Perfect Store standards, increasing product disruption points, and maintaining/increasing product range in all stores. The position also requires coverage of a defined territory, effective outlet coverage, and proficiency in retailer ways of working to expand in-store presence. Sales effectiveness, category education, and quality of sales calls are key metrics.
