The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts. This role involves driving collaborative relationships, maintaining in-store presence, increasing product disruption points, and expanding product range in all stores. The position also requires coverage of a defined territory, effective outlet coverage, and proficiency in retailer operations to expand in-store presence. Sales effectiveness, category education, and quality of sales calls are key performance indicators. Additionally, the role involves driving execution of promotional activities, reporting non-compliance, pre-selling promotional activity with a 30-60-90 day outlook, and leading market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.
