The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts. This role involves driving collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, ensuring an in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards, increasing permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations above competition, and maintaining and increasing product range in all stores. The position also focuses on business development within a defined territory, ensuring effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Proficiency in retailer ways of working is essential to increase opportunities for expanded in-store presence. Sales effectiveness, including category education and quality of sales calls, is a key performance indicator.
