The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Small Format accounts. This role involves driving collaborative relationships, maintaining in-store presence, increasing product disruption points, and expanding product range in all stores. The position also includes business development within a defined territory, ensuring effective coverage of outlets, and understanding retailer operations to expand in-store presence. Responsibilities also encompass driving promotional execution, pre-selling activity, effective communication within the distribution team, and leading market activations.
