They will also establish new customers, drive business growth, and continuously seek revenue opportunities. The position requires managing customer needs by providing shipping and delivery schedules, price quotes, and addressing any issues or delays. Additionally, the role involves assisting with claims, escalated OS&Ds, and handling incoming customer calls. The Sales Account Specialist is expected to actively pursue training opportunities to further develop outside sales skills and may assist in the order entry process if the Customer Service Representative is unavailable. Regular, timely attendance, including potential overtime or after-hours work, is crucial to meet customer needs efficiently.
