About The Position

Nuvant is seeking Account Sales Specialists to join their expanding team. In this role, the specialist will support individuals and small businesses by helping them understand and access personalized financial solutions. They will manage inbound and outbound communications and offer thoughtful recommendations based on the client’s goals.

Requirements

• Results and goal oriented
• Able to work independently in a work from home environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to clients and handle inbound inquiries
• Discuss client goals and align solutions accordingly
• Provide clear explanations of services and next steps
• Track activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRM
• Support retention efforts through ongoing communication
