This full-time, onsite Sales Account Specialist role is based at 108 Stanbury Industrial Drive, Brookfield, MO 64628. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, in a 100% in-office environment. Travel is primarily local and regional during business hours, with potential for additional out-of-the-area and overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability and a positive disposition
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Smart Sheets - working knowledge or willingness to learn
  • SalesForce – working knowledge or willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • College/University undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in field sales and/or sales leadership in high school music/performing arts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of customer orders
  • Respond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties to aid in order fulfillment.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to best serve the customer
  • Understand order processing systems and delivery channels
  • Serve as liaison for traveling sales representatives
  • Maintain customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Demonstrate a desire for team success by keeping an eye open for process improvement.
  • Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed.
  • Continued cross training and education within our own department as well as other departments within the company.
