About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business partnerships and services. The Account Manager will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by developing strong relationships, coordinating logistics solutions, analyzing account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service experience
  • Experience in domestic freight forwarding and dry/cold supply chain management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing performance reports and interpreting data
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and account management tools, including Salesforce
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience within transportation, logistics, food distribution, hospitality, or related industries

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and generating leads
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in company system and software
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
  • Set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Performs other duties as assigned
