Sales Account Manager, San Francisco Bay Area
About The Position
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management within the Hospitality and Residential segment within the greater San Francisco metro area. In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. Requirements
- At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
