The Sales Account Manager will drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives. This position requires a thorough understanding of compounds and market conditions and the ability to communicate and collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction effectively. In this role, the Account Manager will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand market trends and execute each sales process effectively. They will provide superior and efficient customer service and account management through daily management to strategic domestic accounts, and seeking solutions, both internally and externally, for process improvement, industry and logistical changes, and customers’ requests. The Account Manager must communicate clearly and concisely to team members and others within our organization along with customers and vendors and support product management with pricing and forecasting. Must live in the Southeast of the United States.
