Deliver best-in-class Guest experiences from the inquiry stage to post-event follow-up Serve as sales account manager for three Cleveland-area venues, maintaining strong player relationships and ensuring continuity across locations Partner with the DOS (Director of Sales) to foster a "fun" and engaging work environment Collaborate closely with the Operations Teams across three venues to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution of all events Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization Work to ensure all goals and objectives assigned by the DOS are completed in a timely fashion Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and communicate them to the DOS Prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building within the Cleveland market Leverage an existing book of business and professional network to generate qualified leads and grow event revenue Execute heavy outbound sales activity, including calls, emails, and presentations to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies such as Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, etc. Drive awareness of the Topgolf brand throughout the Cleveland community through proactive engagement and partnership development Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring
