As a contributing team member, the Sales Account Manager will report directly to the Poultry Team Lead – Ohio. This position involves regular interactions with distribution and multi-unit customers, focusing on cultivating relationships with assigned Key Strategic Foodservice Accounts. The Sales Account Manager will be accountable for building relationships, selling new items, negotiating contracts, and prioritizing efforts according to plan. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with various business units and trade teams to build new business, protect the core business, create a competitive advantage, and achieve mix and volume targets within our value-added product tiers.
