The Sales Account Leader/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating shipping requirements, maintaining customer demand in the ERP system, preparing bids, negotiating specifications and contractual provisions, and coordinating program performance. This role also involves setting up new account information, resolving customer issues, ensuring adherence to contract terms, and working with various levels of personnel to develop contract strategies.
