Requirements

  • Experience with cold calling or outbound sales.
  • Confidence on Zoom and ability to run a demo.
  • Eagerness, coachability, and readiness to grow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitiveness, resilience, and energy for hitting goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive is used).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold call to close, helping local governments transform communication.
  • Make 60-90 daily calls to cities and counties, set up virtual demos, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Run Zoom demos that showcase the benefits of the software.
  • Use tools like Pipedrive to organize and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales leaders.
