About The Position

Changing the sales landscape is hard, but at 7th Level, we believe in the potential of our technology-driven approach to revolutionize the sales training experience and we need innovative and passionate individuals to join us on this journey! Gone are the days of high-pressure tactics. Today's sales rep builds relationships and solves real problems. We lead in sales training and coaching, empowering Sales Agents and businesses all over the globe to reach their full potential through focused, collaborative training courses designed to fill the gap in sales education. In our fast-paced, non-traditional environment, we value adaptability and a deep commitment to safety, growth, and accountability. The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is a pivotal role dedicated to driving revenue, expanding market share, and fueling organizational growth. Beyond simply closing deals, the SAE is responsible for cultivating long-term client relationships, conducting strategic market research, and optimizing the overall efficiency of the sales pipeline. An effective SAE must be comfortable with a dual-pronged approach to lead management; proactively identifying new business opportunities by re-engaging "cold" leads or initiating contact with untapped potential customers and managing "warm" leads generated through various channels. Ultimately, the SAE is expected to consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while working collaboratively across the sales organization to ensure a seamless customer experience.
