Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience selling cybersecurity products and services, with a history of exceeding quarterly sales goals.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to discuss them in-depth.
  • Industry Relationships: A well-established book of business and strong connections in the cybersecurity space.
  • Salesforce Mastery: Demonstrated ability to effectively use Salesforce for pipeline and account management.
  • Strategic Insight: Expertise in identifying and driving growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences alike.

Responsibilities

  • Solution-Driven Sales Leadership: Develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that address clients’ specific challenges, positioning BlackLake Security as a trusted advisor.
  • Client Relationship Management: Leverage your established network to cultivate new business while strengthening existing client partnerships.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Lead the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to closing deals and post-sale support, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Strategic Account Development: Uncover growth opportunities within new and existing accounts by aligning our solutions with clients’ evolving security needs.
  • High-Impact Presentations: Communicate complex technical solutions effectively to C level executives and other senior leaders.
  • Data Excellence: Maintain meticulous documentation and data accuracy in Salesforce to support a high performing sales process.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and impactful solutions, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your expertise to better serve clients.
  • Client Engagement: Travel as needed to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
