While the core focus is Payroll, the role involves being a total resource for clients and building referral partnerships with professionals such as CPAs, insurance agents, bankers, and benefits specialists. The position is about helping local businesses grow by connecting them with the right partners, not just selling a service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Track record of hitting sales goals.
  • Ability to do thorough research and preparation before meetings.
  • Local market knowledge.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Proficiency in managing your own schedule.
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot).
