About The Position

Quadient is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join their team. This role involves supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey by providing reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes. The Account Executive will identify and nurture leads, present Quadient solutions to key decision-makers, engage with C-suite leaders, and collaborate across departments to ensure strong customer experiences. The position requires local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week, with non-field days worked from home. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Requirements

  • Must reside in or be commutable to Worcester/Bristol/Norfolk/Plymouth/Barnstable Counties in Massachusetts
  • A valid driver’s license

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
  • Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
  • Engage with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs
  • Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients
  • Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences
