About The Position

FM Global Logistics USA is seeking a Sales Account Executive to develop new business opportunities. The position will identify and target new business for the company and establish relationships with customers. This position offers an uncapped commission structure for uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years industry outside sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience is plus
Previous international logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred
Established presence in the market place preferred
Must have a proven sales track record in business development
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain solid working relationships with clients and staff

Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities
Maintain & grow successful relationship with customers
Conduct sales activities required: sales calls per week, new customer visits per week, generate new sales leads, new accounts secured
Utilize presentations and prepare quotations to customers
Regularly contact potential and current customers to increase volume or market share
Work closely with operation team and overseas agents to develop a collaborative relationship to ensure customers satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales threshold/quota as defined by the company
Analyze sales and profits to generate strategic actions
Team player / problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
Follow up and communicate with overseas offices and agents for new customer development
Create customer profile, quotations, and credit applications
Any other assignments as directed by the Management
