Requirements

  • Experience in interior design, contract furniture, or commercial interiors
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry
  • Proven ability to build relationships with executives and key decision-makers
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle)
  • Adaptable team player with a strong desire to learn and support sales operations

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through project close, consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and tailored workplace solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Partner with design teams to provide space planning, product recommendations, and pricing solutions.
  • Stay current on office furniture products, workplace trends, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
  • Represent the company during installations, helping resolve issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.
  • Utilize established sales processes and CRM systems (such as NetSuite) to effectively manage opportunities and performance.
