As a Culinary Assistant, you will perform various tasks relating to food preparation, cooking, and customer service. Your day-to-day includes setting up the buffet according to established standards, ensuring proper signage of buffet food items, refilling and rotating food on the buffet when required, wiping down and cleaning the buffet as needed, stocking supplies for the hot and cold bar, checking food temperature every two hours and documenting it in the temperature log, maintaining, filling, and rotating products on display while being mindful of dates, packaging finished products, and adhering to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations. You will also assist in other duties as assigned.
