The Safety Technician will support and drive the execution of Arca Continental (AC)/CCSWB Safety programs at the facility level, contributing to Market Unit and Supply Chain performance. This role involves conducting comprehensive training for warehouse, fleet, and support staff, as well as Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and non-CMV associates operating CCSWB equipment. Training topics include OSHA, DOT, Kore, CCSWB Policies, Defensive Driving, Hours of Service, Driver Cameras, ELD Devices, Pre/Post Trip Inspections, Roadside Inspections, Road Tests, and Post-Accident follow-up, all targeted to specific root causes. The Safety Technician is responsible for evaluating drivers and associates to ensure they meet CCSWB minimum requirements and qualifications, and for performing various audits (OSHA, DOT, HOS, Driver Camera, Pre-trip yard) to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, Kore requirements, and CCSWB standards.
