About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Safety Technician with a valid OSHA 30 certification to support our safety program and ensure compliance across all site operations. The ideal candidate will assist with daily safety inspections, documentation, training support, and enforcement of company and regulatory safety standards.

Requirements

• OSHA 30 certification required
• Prior experience in safety, construction, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend solutions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

• Crane and rigging background experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits
• Identify hazards, document findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions
• Support safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety reports
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Assist in incident investigations and follow-up procedures
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the job site
