About The Position
Arlington County’s Department of Environmental Services is looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Safety Specialist to champion workplace safety across some of the County’s most operationally complex environments. This position will partner with employees and management to strengthen safety practices, support regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, with primary responsibility for the Equipment Bureau and Solid Waste Bureau.
