About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking an EHS Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for identifying and recommending actions on any exposure, ensuring contract compliance with safety and environmental policies, and implementing strategies to meet regulatory requirements. Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Science, or similar discipline.
• OSHA 510 certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent team builder and visionary leader.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting a multi-shift manufacturing operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and recommending actions on any exposure.
• Ensuring the contract complies with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Implementing and maintaining strategies, policies, programs, procedures, education, and training to ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
