As a Part-time Safety & Security Advisor, you will be the backbone of our campus community. Your day-to-day work goes far beyond basic enforcement. You will actively support, mentor, and inspire students to build self-respect, accountability, and the confidence they need to succeed in the real world.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- A valid, current driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a highly secure, structured, and welcoming living environment for students at our center.
- Encourage positive behavior, personal accountability, and healthy self-esteem among students.
- Work hand-in-hand with a passionate staff to promote a deep culture of safety and mutual respect.
- Respond effectively to campus incidents while preserving a supportive, educational atmosphere.
- Guide students as they develop critical life skills and learn to take responsibility for their futures.
