About The Position

JC Pallet is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
  • Valid driver’s license (travel is required)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and stressful situations
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Service Areas: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland
  • Other duties may be assigned.
