The Role Lead crashworthiness development and occupant performance integration for GM vehicle programs, with a primary focus on frontal impact conditions. This role owns occupant system integration across the full vehicle development cycle, driving engineering projects with strong initiative, creativity, and independent judgment. The engineer provides technical direction and partners cross‑functionally (safety, structures, restraints, CAE, testing) to deliver robust, compliant, and high‑performing occupant protection solutions.
