About The Position
As a Safety Partner with Sentara, you will help keep patients and the hospital safe. You will sit with patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, self-harm, or other risk behaviors, enabling them to maintain function during their hospital stay. The role is based at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia, a 238-bed community hospital serving a seven-county area. The position is on the first (day) shift. The job description emphasizes teamwork and working together to provide the best care for patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- BLS certification.

Responsibilities
