About The Position
Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity in Newington, Connecticut. The role pays $50 per hour and requires at least five years of construction safety experience and OSHA 30 certification. The position offers the potential for permanent placement.
Requirements
- At least five years of construction safety experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.

- Ability to work effectively with contractors, tradespeople, supervisors, and project management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and promote safe work practices on the construction site.
- Ensure onsite compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Communicate safety requirements and procedures to field personnel.
- Help maintain a safe, compliant, and productive jobsite.
- Address safety concerns and assist with corrective actions as needed.
- Support the project team in maintaining required safety standards and documentation.
