About The Position

The construction safety manager will oversee safety for the structural steel contractor on a data center build. This is a 4-month contract position starting on 6/1/2026, with an estimated 50-60 hours per week. The role involves conducting project safety inspections, providing safety training, monitoring worksite employees, enforcing safety protocols, and managing safety-related documentation.

Requirements

• BCSP: CHST or CSP Cert
• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
• Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations

• OSHA outreach training experience

Responsibilities

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $56/hr (local) $52.50/HR (non-local)
• Per Diem: $125/Day on seven days
• Completion Bonus: $150/month
