AB Facility Services (ABFS) is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance initiatives across multiple operating companies, client sites, and field service teams. This newly created role will serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters, helping standardize SOPs, reduce risk, ensure OSHA compliance, and strengthen safety culture throughout the organization. This position will partner closely with Operations, Project Management, and Field Leadership teams supporting commercial facilities, HVAC, electrical, janitorial, and construction-related services across multiple states.
