About The Position

We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility. This is a full-time contract position for 3-5 months, with possible extension. The role involves managing safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements, conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents, delivering training, and managing various safety programs like JHA, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, and PPE. The Safety Manager will also track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements.

Requirements

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or HSE.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, or construction.
• Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Korean and English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities
