About The Position
Ground-up data center construction with a 6-month runway and real extension potential. We need a credentialed safety professional who has already lived through a data center build and knows what the schedule pressure looks like.
Requirements
- BCSP certification (CHST, ASP, CSP) OR a 4-year degree
- Data center construction experience (required, not preferred)
- Strong command of OSHA 1926 standards
- Available to start immediately
Responsibilities
- Daily site inspections, JHA/AHA review, and toolbox talks
- Fall protection, steel erection, crane and rigging oversight
- Excavation and trenching compliance
- Electrical safety and LOTO through energization phases
- Incident investigation, root cause, and corrective action
- Subcontractor accountability and OSHA compliance documentation
- Client-facing safety reporting and audit readiness
Benefits
