About The Position
Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in Johnstown, OH. This is a 1099 Contract position requiring 40-50 hours per week. The role involves overseeing safety on large commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- At least an OSHA-510 certification.
- At least 5 years’ Safety Management experience overseeing large commercial construction work.
Nice To Haves
- BCSP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducting project safety inspections and orientations.
- Safety training as requested/required.
- Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices.
- Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management.
- Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the manager's skills, abilities, certifications, and authorizations.
- Communicating safety standards between trades, GC and sub-contractors.
